You may have W32/Swen@MM virus, which can stop this command from running.
fixswen.inf http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/fixswen.inf will repair this command back to normal.
Save the fixswen.inf file to your local hard disk, right-click on the file and choose install.
Stinger will remove the threat (you might have) http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/stng380.exe

    Edit:
Have you installed all your System drivers and chipsets?

Please put your System Specs in your Profile

If you have a proprietory computer like Dell; HP; Acer etc, please manually write this in the mobo field (ie Dell Dimension 3100 - as an example)

Did Stinger find it? What found it and removed it?

The worm comes as an attachment in an infected email

Here's the removal tool, that should be run on your system
    http://dnl-us6.kaspersky-labs.com/utils/klwk/klwk.zip

Unzip and then run "klwk.com" (no pic icon)
If found, you may want to run it in Safe Mode
    Scan takes about a minute
