Please help with a really annoying virus(or something)

Hello guys,
Please help me because i cant seem to get anyware.
I keep getting redirected every time i use Firefox or Google with something like smartbiz.
I ran a scan with a free tool and it detected a zlob trojan,but the thing is i cant get rid of it.
I have got malwarebytes and spybot but they wont open for some reason,so i downloaded them again and again and retried but it still wont let me use the programs,although i can use zone alarm but it dose not find anything.
now i am completely lost and frustrated and don't know what to do next.
Could you please help as its driving me insane.

When you have finished, attach the 3 logs. Helpers will review them for malware causing the redirect.
