  1. Could someone recommend watts for Power supply for AMD 3000/400 FSB. Is 400 Enough? I have a case with one fan...MB is GA-7n400Pro2 w/ 1 GB RAM.
    Going to buy one asap...THANKS

    Thermalake is a good brand and 450w to 500w should be plenty. :knock:

    With Fortron and Sparkle, you wouldn't need as mucn wattage as other brands. If you can get higher than 350W+ of the 2 brands, they'll probably last a LONG time.

    FWIW, my Enermax 300W has been up for over 2 years. It's now in my family's Intel PC.

    Was Lucky to find Computer show here in town this weekend and picked up a PSU, Coolermaser 450W for $40.00 ...THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT ADVICE :grinthumb
