Plz help !asus mobo prblm.wont turn on

i have the green light and ive tried just about all my connections but my computer just wont turn on, the green stand by light is on , it was built today , new mobo graphics card heatsink,

i had been using it for a few hours before i brought it home but now the damn thing wont turn on please hekp me

its possible that something has been dislodged in transit, so as it has just been built for you, i suggest that you first get back to who constructed it and see what they have to say.
