Portable Ce problems

    I just downloaded the Windows Ce emulater and put it onto my usb key using the instructions from an article entitled: Portable CE. Unfortunately, whenever I close down the emulater, even if I ask it to save settings, it flat out doesn't. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
