Possible New Motherboard For Gaming Computer?

    I'm currently trying to get together parts for my new gaming PC rig that I'm planning on building soon. Anyways, I need some help in finding a good motherboard. Basically, I'm looking for a motherboard that will be able to be upgradeable i.e. CPU

    Anyways, someone showed me an ideal motherboard that could work, but I'm relatively a newbie when it comes to knowing about rather or not certain motherboards can be upgraded down the line as technology continues to go on.
