    Roar... :D

Download Windows Repair (all in one) from this site

Install the program then run it.

Go to Step 2 and allow it to run CheckDisk by clicking on Do It button:

Once that is done then go to Step 3 and allow it to run System File Check by clicking on Do It button:

Go to Step 4 and under "System Restore" click on Create button:

Go to Start Repairs tab and click Start button.

Please ensure that ONLY items seen in the image below are ticked as indicated (they're all checked by default):

Click on box next to the Restart System when Finished. Then click on Start.

Then, do the same with the start and query of cryptsvc please. :)

I ran all of the steps you mentioned with the Windows Repair All In One, but I am unfortunately still getting the same error message:

    [SC] StartService FAILED 1083:

The executable program that this service is configured to run in does not implement the service.

    And the log:

    SERVICE_NAME: cryptsvc
    TYPE : 20 WIN32_SHARE_PROCESS
    STATE : 1 STOPPED
    WIN32_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
    SERVICE_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
    CHECKPOINT : 0x0
    WAIT_HINT : 0x0

    :(
