Power failure during the process of upgrading win7 to 10

I was upgrading win7 to 10 for my desktop yestersay, but powerful failed suddenly. after a while I turned on the computer, and it couldn't boot to system?
I know little about system. How to save my computer？

Try to start your PC again and run in safe mode if setup continue froom last step then it will be ok and you can continue. If you unable to boot windows 10 or 7 then again install windows 10 again. You can install windows 10 from media creation tool if upgrading from windows 7
