Powersupply for motherboard

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
MBD: 775 / DDR2 / SATA II / PCI-E / Crossfire
RAM: 2GB OCZ/Corsair / PC2-5400 / 667MHz

Looking at upgrading to the above motherboard...can anyone tell me what would be the Minimum Powersupply Wattage needed to run the above and also two harddrives and CDromrw and DVDromrw.............at the moment my powersupply is a 350watt and I dont think it would be powerful enough to handle the new motherboard.

You forgot to mention the VGA card, it's a component that plays a critical role in choosing the right power supply.

You'd probably be more than fine with something such as the ELT500AWT.
