Well I wasnt to sure where to put this so I felt Winows OS was the closest to software on the forum.

This is the type of applet I would like to try and put on my desktop, but am not to sure how, my knowledge of java is fairly vauge but i do understand that I would need a class editor, from there on I am not to sure how to go about getting this onto my desktop.
Any help would be appriciated.
