    I work in an office with about 15 people. I want people to print in black and white by default. Any way to do this?

    Most people are using Windows 7.

    Is there a way to just print in black and white for firefox? I can't figure that out either.

    For each machine;
    • go to the default printer
    • get the properties
    • look for the Print Gray Scale choice
    • set and save it
    If the print driver doesn't have the option, then you're out of luck.

    Once set, ALL applications will get this default, but can get color again by using the printer options;
    eg <ctl>P in the application, -> Properties -> select B&W vs Color

    I am in there and I don't see anything. The thing is it is a big Konica Minolta Printer. Seems like this printer that is the size of a small vehicle would at least have that option. I have a driver disk but it says already installed. Think I am missing something.
