Problem booting Vista

  1. Ok, so i have Vista Business that i received from my dad on the 2nd day it came out. My dad got it on MSDN and he decided to put it on a DVD as an ISO image because downloading from my house would take at least 1 day @40 kbps. When i mounted it on my pc, everything went smoothly. When it finished it I restarted my pc and when it got to the loading part with the bar the computer restarted.
And it kept on doing that non-stop. So I then decided to do the upgrade again, it did the same thing again. So I started playing around and tried the kernel debugging mode, and everything went smoothly and it finally worked. But every time i restart the computer goes back to the normal restarting process. But kernel debugging mode works again.
I'm not much of an expert at this so can somebody help me?!

    Thanks
Oh,BTW i noticed when i removed my IDE external HD the loading bar stayed a little longer.
