Problem in HP Deskjet 3550 Driver

i have problem in hp printer installing , the Error msg No: 1721 There is a problem with this windows installer package the program required for this install to complete could not be run.

Turn on and connect the Printer
Cancel any popup windows

Go here: https://www.techspot.com/vb/showthread.php?t=100655&highlight=drivers
And autodetect the Printer driver
Install it
Test
