Problem: My Windows Icons Appeares In 256 Colors

Hello.
My OS is Windows 2000 Advance Server.
I don't know why my icons in all programs such toolbars, windows explorer (file icons) and ... Automatically switch to 256 colors.
My display settings is in 32 bit color.

Please help me about this problem.

Give us a little more info on what your system is composed of, and what kind of video you have

Hi,

There`s a registry solution you could try HERE

You could also go to the display properties in the control panel or wherever,

and click the Advanced tab then Effects,and see if there is an option for maximum colors.

Is this from a fresh install? Tried installing the driver for your video card?

Thanks for your helps.
My video card driver is installed. Display Settings is in maximum color. but the problem dosn't solved.
In Other programs, colors are full. The problem only exists in windows explorer.
