Problem opening MSPaint.exe

    Hi,

    I have a major problem. Aside from not being able to access MSpaint from Control Panel ->Windows Components ->Accessories, I am not able to open it from C:\Windows\System32\MSPaint.exe. When attempting to open mspaint.exe I get a long error message that says I should contact Microsoft and that it is sorry for the inconvenients. I really don't know what to do. If anyone can assist me, I will appreciate it dearly.
