Problem running two Officejet AIO printers?

I have two HP printers 5610 and a j4680 both aio printers, when I install one printers software and then the other only one shows up in the HP Solution Center-the control center the 5610 series,not the j4680 the j4680 is also classified as not having drivers even after I installed full drivers and software for both printers, can some one tell me what am I doing wrong?

nasty test sequence, but I suspect you can ONLY run one HP at a time;

• uninstall BOTH and reboot
• install ONE and get it running
• then UNinstall it & reboot
• install the other and get it running

Now it B and D both work correctly, then the software and hardware are OK.
With (d) still installed, go back and install (b) and see if BOTH are available.

If not, blame HP

Good advice.....operating the same manufacture printers can be problematic for no good reason.

Also be sure to download and install all the printer software from HP's website. Do not use any installation CD (to make sure you're get the latest versions of stuff)

Thanks guys I got them working and they both showed up in the control center.
