More Detail
People would need a bit more detail than what you have posted e.g. Manufacturer, Model Number of chipset to locate multimedia audio drivers.
If you don't know this download a software tool called Everest Home Edition then when you load the program it will scan the hardware devices on your computer system after this on the interface of the program go to the part what says "Multimedia" this should display the information about your device needed to either locate your drivers on your own by going on the manufacturers website or post back on here if you still can't find them.
