Problem with browsers

I was directed over to this forum from the winows forum.

My computer got some spyware and I got it mostly cleaned up but the browsers dont even try to open up unles I'm in safe mode, then IE will work but not the fox or opera.

I tried to download the other programs in the malware cleaning guide and I cant navigate to that page for some reason so hijack this is all I have.
