Problem with graphics card and power

Hi all, I am using a Dell dimension 9150, psu 375 watts, but when I installed a radeon 4850, the computer shows a amber blinking light . I understand that this is due to power failure. But on Dell forums, many forumers said that this should work, oh I also installed 3 1gb rams on my board... Should I change the psu?

I'm not at home right now, but offhand info is that the graphics card is radeon hd4850, and the psu is 375watt... I have a hd drive and 4 ram cards, 3 of them are ddr2 1gb and 1 is 512.

Vantec Ion2 450w psu
My computer is Dell dimension 9150, I heard that the physical competitibilty is impt as well? And the graphics card is a 512mb radeon 4850 with a big HIS logo written on the fan on top of it

Oh ya and this is my old dell PSU specs:
Model of PSU: L375P-00
DC OUTPUT: 375W
Input: 100-120V~/9A 50-60Hz
200-240V~/4.5A 50-60Hz
Output: +5V ===/22A Max -12V===/1A MAX
+5V(FP) ===/2A MAX +3.3V===/ 17A MAX
+12VA ===/ 18A MAX +12VB===/ 18A MAX
Combined power on: +3.3V and +5V Rails not exceed 150W
:+12VA and +12VB Rails not exceed 360W
MAX. continuous total DC output power shall not exceed 375W

And the 4850 wont even allow the desktop to startup, showing amber flashing light for my dell computer. I am afraid that it is not becaue of the PSU that the comp cant start, could it be because of the mother board?

That's true, however, you won't be able to run any games with a 4850 and that powersupply anyway.
As for the 450w powersupply, I don't know of it.
