Problem with Internet Connection

  1. I'm experiencing problems with trying to connect my laptop to the Internet. It was working fine till last night. Now it simply won't give me Internet access using a wifi. I've tried everything - manually set up a connection, reboot modem, restart modem, manually assign IP and DNS, but the problem still persists.

I know it's not an issue with the connection. I'm currently connected to the same wifi using my iPhone. Also, my laptop couldn't connect to the wifi at my office either, giving the same problems.

Thank you so much for your help!

More info would help considerably. Laptop name, OS & more :)

    Thank you!

My laptop is Lenovo G510. The OS is Windows 10.

I'm located in Phoenix, AZ, USA.

    The service provider is Cox.

I'm trying to attach some screenshots if they are of any use.

No I think it's some issue with IP and DNS or something like that. But I tried manually resetting both but it didn't work.

Not sure if the screenshots I attached are viewable?

    Thanks!

Ok, looking at your first picture, it appears to me it could be in the Device manager. I'd suggest going in there to see if there are any yellow triangles with a black "!" point. Second link didn't work & the others I don't understand.
