Problem with my new headset/mic with the sounds

When I join my game I want to speak to peoeple but when I used my mic and spoke into it it make some noise wich jsut got LOUDER and LOUDER and I coudnt do anything till I turned it of also my microphon respeats what I say into the mic Please help me

and also now when im playing ingame or on a chat people cant hear my micraphone but I can hear my self threw my speakers when I speak into it
