Problem with NOD32 Eset Security Suite (browsers don't work when firewall is on)

I have NOD32 Eset Security Suite installed, and whenever I have the firewall enabled and try to use a web browser (any web browser), I get the page not found error. I have to right-click the icon on the taskbar and click "Do not filter network traffic", which of course disables the firewall.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I could fix this problem?

add the rule

allow tcp outbound to=any ports 80,443 nolog​

I'm not really familiar with creating rules. I tried doing so, but it's asking me to specify different parameters and such, and I'm just not totally sure what I am doing.

Could anyone offer any additional insight?
