Problem with Remote Assistance and Remote desktop

  1. For somereason a group of computers aren't working with Remote Assistance. When I offer Remote Assistance the error "A program has not started. Please try again" comes up. I can ping them. They are running Windows XP. I followed the instructions here but they did not help.
