Problem with wireless router

Hi,

I've notice every time I try to connect to my Wireless network using mobile phone (3-10 minutes) will certainly freeze up my router and the only solution is to reset the router by unplug the power cable.

I'm just wondering why is this happen? and how am I about to fix this. Someone please point me out of this misery quick.
