    For some reason I can't get My USB or something to work when I am installing the HP PSC 1200. I am not very computer literate so I need help.

    Is USB enabled in your BIOS?
    Did you install the latest USB drivers for your mobo?

    HP tells you to install the drivers first, BEFORE you insert the USB-cable. Did you follow their advice?
