Problems with New grpahics card, wont work

ok , well this is what i did i put the card in and booted using the onboard graphics, installed the Card with the CD disabled the onboard and rebooted, but its still not working. When i look at Device Maneger it says Device could not start CODE 10

PLEASE HELP ME

Could you give us your complete system specs please including the brand of video card. We'd like the computer model (if retail) or the model of motherboard, cpu, memory and the like if a built component system please.

im sincerly sorry guys for forgeting that part, but i figured it out anyways im such a retard. I didnt have the card plugged in all the way
