    hello! :)
Some time ago by accident I updated something called "Windows Genuine Advantage Validation tool". The problem is - all my desktop is black and in the right corner there is a logo of this "i-don't-know-what", every time I start my computer there always are some notifications of it, so - all I want is to get rid of all that. I tried to delete that file from folder C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files , but when I pushed 'cancel' it said error - failed, etc.
So, maybe someone could help me? Please! ;)

HERE is a link to microsofts site about the WGA feature...If you read over that page it will tell you what to do if you think your copy of windows is a genuine copy and believe this to be an error..

If this is a copy you have downloaded from the internet or a friend has given you then it is more than likely not a genuine copy.

Hope this helps to clear any issues up.
