Processor fan is running but monitor doesn't boots up

hi guy's !

my intel845 chipset board with p4 processor dosen't boot up it just go's processor fan running when i plug in the power supply and does'nt even wait for switching on the cpu cabinet button and i've tried cleaning ram changed the ram changed the cmos battery replaed the jumpers dosen't solved my problem!!

i need urgent help..........????????

It's most likely a defective motherboard. I've seen this happen before.

There might be some problem in the motherboard or video card. Get it checked by some computer expert who can analyze and diagnoize the exact problem.
