If you are like me and have wanted to be able to access your Linux partition while using windows, then I have the solution. I found this site while doing a Google search. The author identified four applications that would allow one to access their Linux partition from windows. I downloaded, Installed, and configured Ext2 IFS. It worked like a charm. Now I an able to access my Kubuntu partition while using windows. have a look; http://tombuntu.com/index.php/2008/03/19/four-applications-for-accessing-ext3-partitions-from-windows/
