Programs running??

    How do I check and change what programs are running at start up. Or automatically! please i installed a program and it had a file of mirc that automatically starts and messes my computer up, and it will not allow me to delete it, but its also will not allow me to open mirc.???? I'm confused any ideas?

    Go to Start/run/type in msconfig, press enter. So to start-up tab. Uncheck anything you do not want to run at start-up. Apply then reboot.
