So when it says many games are fps capped and you wont see any difference, you probably will. I own a PS4 and sick and tired of games struggling to even manage 20fps. I downloaded Little big planet and this was an example of game with sections that are easily sub 15fps with immense amount of screen tearing. If my PC played crap like that I would grab it and set the f*cker on fire.
Rubbish, people buy high end PCs because not only do they want better graphics which you DO get on the PC (if you can afford), they want smooth gameplay and free online gaming. Like many my steam catalog is full to the brim with games ofc which I play 2 or 3 max. I don't own a PC because of steam I own it for the above reasons on visual and performance. It totally pisses on my PS4 (I own a ps4 and a xbox1). Yes graphics are comparable but no where near. If a PS4 was running a game on what I would class as Ultra settings (everything maxed) it would struggle to give a constant 30 fps where as Im enjoying 100 fps + (in many cases 200+ ) (and before you all come out with the utter bollox, ohhh the human eye can only see xyz please don't bother its already been proven to be bs). But yeah we have heard it all before all the mindless dribble that pours out of peoples mouths with the whole pc and console debate. Imo theres a time and a place for both.
But let's be honest. The real reason to buy a PC right now isn't better graphics, lower long-term costs, 60-120FPS, or even 4K60. The real reason to buy a PC right now is that the video game consoles...they don't have any video game libraries right now.
