PSU voltages low

I recently downloaded speedfan to monitor my temperatures and voltages for my computer and i found that my +3.3v and +12v levels are running lower then the recommended 5-6% range.

+3.3v outputs +1.92v

+12v outputs +5.25v

I dont know the degree of this problem but if its bad how can i fix these voltages.

Yes, those voltages are waaaayyyy off. It means your power supply is malfunctioning and as soon as you can remove and replace. A bad power supply can ruin motherboards, etc.
