Inactive PUP Optional registry entries

Scanned my computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and here is the resut - I.e. no infection found. Those two DDS links - the first one won't work and the second is in Spanish. In view of the fact that no malware was found, do I still need to run it. When I click Save in the first one it will not save - says it can harm my computer.
