Pythondll Error

For a while now I have been getting an error at start-up as follows:

"The specified module could not be found. LoadLibrary (pythondll) failed."

No major changes to my system except removal of McAffee and addition of Panda for antivirus protection.

Not able to find much info on pythondll.

Any suggestions?

I think it's python.dll

Python is a scripting language, and unless you know that you installed Python,
it's likely to be some trojan/virus.
