Qosmio upside down and blank

I have a qosmio and one day it was upside down and frozen. I tried to turn off and on the monitor(the laptop screen broke and now it is hooked up to a separate monitor), it didn't work. I tried again with the laptop, when it came on the screen was still upside down, but black except for the mouse. Please help.

The image on the external monitor connected to your Toshiba Qosmio laptop is upside down. This is controlled by the video driver utilities in the control panel. See if you can get into the control panel and look for the Display properties

I am in the display properties but I can't find the video driver utility.
