Question about hard drive compatibility

Ok i am new to making computers and i have a Q.

the hard drive i want says: Interface - Ultra ATA-100

my mobo says: Hard Drive Types -
ATA/33
ATA/66
ATA/100
ATA/133

so will the "Ultra"ATA-100
work with the mobo?
