@jobeard could I be wrong?? I clicked on your link & got this http://download.cnet.com/HP-USB-Disk-Storage-Format-Tool/3000-2094_4-10974082.html
I see 2 "download " places, the one I clicked on was the center one, was I supposed to click on the upper left one?
