    Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PRO XMS3200 1024MB 2-3-3-6 (Running at: 2.5-3-3-7)
    Xtasy ATI Radeon X800 XT

    the RAM is rated at 2-3-3-6 but its running at 2.5-3-3-7 (CPU-Z and my bios) is this because of the slow FSB of my cpu? any suggestions on improvements?

    Usually the BIOS has options for settings such as Turbo, Aggressive, Expert. Have you tried manually resetting the timmings?
