Trying to print checks with Quicken 2005 using voucher checks have settings set to all checks need to print 3 at a time but it will only print one.
Have a Hp Office jet pro L7590 all in one
Problems installing it using automatic got this error "the instruction 0x0123fb35 referenced at 0x00000000 the memory could not be written" then would start shutting down pc and i aborted shut down
but finally got it installed by manually installing it. Other things will print just fine. tested a page in notepad it printed both test pages fine
    have norton
I'm just thinking the printer is not communicating with quicken somewhere. Not wonderful with Quicken so any help would be much appreciated.

You might want to check with Quicken. I think the support for the 2005 version has stopped. You should have been notified several times by email about upgrading to v2008.

Your friend needs to upgrade to continue using Quicken.

Quicken has a 3 year sunset. After three years you are forced to upgrade.
