I am trying to install a Radeon 9600SE 4x/8x AGP graphics card. I have a Compaq Presaio 5321KS, P4 1.5ghz, 512mb ram with a nvidia card already in the AGP slot. I updated my bios to 686y2 v3.04 7/29/02. Disabled the display driver, shut down, swapped card and re-boot. All I get is a black screen & the 3 1/2" floppy light stays on. It looks like the monitor is not getting a signal. I tried loading Hperion 4in1 v4.55 & I tried to load catalyst without success. Im am stuck bad, I need help. What am I doing wrong? Or is my machine not compatable?

Put the nVidia card back in, do a search for anything related to nVida drivers and delete what you find. Then go into device manager and uninstall the display adapter. Shut down and put in the Radeon.
