Raid 0

  1. I have read that it is possible to use up to 4 hard drives in a Raid 0. At least Intell says so. But most motherboard info only talks about using 2 hard drives. Can you run Raid 0 with 4 hard drives? I am not interested in any redonency.

You can run RAID0 with a hundred hard drives if you want. Of course, it depends on your controller/drivers/software - you may have only two drive connectors available or there may be some arbitrary limits written in the software.
