RAM:Price vs Performance

I seem to be stuck, right now im looking for some RAM to go with my build im making

as of right now i have this:
AMD 3500+ Venice 939
DFI LanParty UT nf4 Sli-D

and getting this:
Geforce 7600GT, or other 7 series card

I dont want to run into bottlenecking, so which ram would work best?

kingston makes good RAM, but the value series won't run at tight timings.

are you planning to leave the system stock or are you planning to overclock it?

ill use stock, but im also using this computer as a learning tool so ill probably overclock it in time..i was going to go with Corsair XMS, but im getting a second opinion on this before i buy

i can get the OCZ for much cheaper which would help me out a lot since im on a somewhat tight budget

valueram is worthless for overclocking and doesn't sustain heat very well either. I had a set of 3 that only lasted 9 months. (unoverclocked)

Other than that it is ok - and their return policy is good.
