Hello all,

Every couple hours or sometimes longer, my computer flickers to the blue screen of death and has to be restarted at which point it is good for another couple hours before it does it again.

A recent event log showed the following:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 04/12/2008
Time: 10:11:44 AM
User: N/A
Computer: RAGE
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc000012d, 0x80508184, 0xb4834cd8, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini120408-01.dmp.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I have attached the said log.

Aside from this message, there have been some error messages that have been logged. They say things like this:

The Parallel port driver service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

The bsaspi32 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The LogMeIn Kernel Information Provider service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The LogMeIn Maintenance Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
ntcdrdrv

So I am wondering what is causing these issues and what i can do to fix it! please help!

-Thanks a bunch!

That crash was caused by FWAuthDriver.sys, which I think is a PC Tools firewall driver. You also received an exception code of (NTSTATUS) 0xc000012d (see below). See if there's an update available.
