Random BSOD, dump files attached

  1. Hi there, I'm having this issue with my recently bought notebook (not so recent anyway!). I don't really know what's wrong with my machine. been googling around and found out drivers might be causing the problem so I updated a whole lot of them didn't work out though what I guess is that there's something wrong with the RAM I'm not so much into this tech stuff and everything so please please explain as clear as possible I'll appreciate anyone's help in advance :) oh and I've attached them minidump files.

    ASMEDIA XHCI Host Controller Driver... This USB 3 driver is causing this problem. Do you see any yellow exclamation points in the device manager?
