ok under system i have red xes on the following:

    system control manager
    aarich
    DCOM

those are the only red Xes throughout the entire directory

and I didnt reinstall the mouse drivers cause i just dont want to have them anymore

aarich.sys is a driver for Adaptec HostRAID for SATA drives. Are you running a RAID system?

DCOM means Distributed Component Object Model, a Microsoft proprietary technology for software components distributed across several networked computers to communicate with each other.

Are getting these errors while gaming as solo play or online and/or LAN parties?

What drivers are you using for your mouse?

    Attach your latest minidump.

    1. We want to make sure all Razer drivers are uninstalled. Go to MajorGeeks.com and download RegCleaner. After you've installed it go to the Uninstall Tab and look for anything that says Razer. If you find anything pertaining to this mouse ONLY unistall them and nothing else. Working with the registry can be tricky.

If you don't find anything fine.

    2. Then go to your Search function in your Start Menu. Under the files and folders option type in Razer and allow it to search. Did it find anything?

    3. Got to Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager and see if you have any yellow or red flags indicative of a bad driver. Let us know if the Device Manager has yellow or red flags.

    4. Your error is another 0x7E and it again cites usbccgp.sys. You may need to do a Windows Repair.

Did step one, all registry files should be clean

    2) I found the following:

    razer.ico
    razer mouse.dcf
    RAZERCFG.EXE-159424CD.pf
    Razerlow.sys
    Razerlow.CAT

    step 3:

the following have a yellow ! next to them:

    Multimedia audio controller
Adaptec embedded serial ata hostraid controller

I dont know how to do a windows repair btw

and what do i do with the following that i have found?

    thanks for the help!

First, did you use RegCleaner and look into the Uninstall Tab? Sorry, this wasn't clear if you did or didn't.

Second, your Search shows that though you've uninstalled Razer drivers there are still present such as razer.ico, Razerlow.sys, and Razerlow.CAT. This is why we use RegCleaner and Search because when we think we have uninstalled everything there often are remnants left behind. Then they cause conflicts because they still try to "work."

By the way, this link may be of interest to you and read it before doing anything else. You just might want to reinstall after your've cleaned up the old. http://razerblueprints.net/index.php/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,99/topic,3741.0;prev_next=prev/

If you haven't done RegCleaner do so first. Then run Search again and right click and delete all things Razer.

    Are you still getting BSODs?

As for Windows repair you will need your Windows CD. I need to leave for awhile but if you do a search here or on the internet it won't be hard to find and it is simple to do.

I have 0 mouse drivers installed, i dont like them

and yes i keep getting bsod's

this time in the past 5 mins alone ive had 3

    one said something along:

    irq_not_less_or_equal

    the other said ntsf.sys error

so i guess removing the registries didn't help
  9. Route44 TechSpot Ambassador

Did you do the Search and then delete for Razer as well?

The irq_not_less_or_equal is an 0xA error and these are strong inidicators of hardware issues though they also can be caused by a driver attempting a IRQ Level it hasn't a right to and thus it causes crashes.

    Post those two dumps.

    yes i deleted everything razer.

    and heres the 2 dumps
