Random BSOD

  1. Ive noticed that my computer will randomly have the BSOD. Months can go by with no problems and then it just happens.

    Today it happened twice. This is the info I have on it:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name:BlueScreen
    OS Version:6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID:1033

    Additional information about the problem:

    Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\020113-33399-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Jake\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-279538-0.sysdata.x Im not the best with this, any help would be appreciated

    Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. If you find any .dmp files, select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here
