    I was on my comp and all of a sudden it went to 50% to 100% and didnt get below 40 until I restarted all I was on was aim, could anyone help me out I think something is wrong with my overall computer, should I post a hjt log or what,

    PS I did recently update my bios, but it wasnt the first time I have used it.
