Random Crashes, no BSOD

    I am a CounterStrike: Source fiend and the last few days my computer has randomly rebooted, here is my latest minidump if anybody can help me figure out what is causing my reboots please post. Thank you in advance.

    AMD XP 3200+
    1 Gig crucial pc2700 memory (normally oc but i un-oc because of crashes no help though)
    ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (same as ram)
    Albatron KX18S Pro2 mobo
    80 gig maxtor 7200 RPM 2 meg cache
    200 gig Seagate 7200 RPM 8 meg cache
    52x Lite-On combo drive
    Lite-On DVD+-RW (dual layer)
    integrated sound
    400 watt rosewill psu

    I still haven't figured out what the problem is, does anybody have an idea whats going on with my machine?

    Probably cause
    1. Faulty ram
    2. Faulty m/b
    3. Faulty video card

    Suggestion
    1. Run memtest to stress test the ram.
    2. Attach 5 to 6 minidumps here.
