Hi, I have just been through the process of cleaning malaware from my computer (with the help of your techs). It was a google redirect problem but I was also experiencing random disconnects from the internet and audio and I assumed they were all related. Everything is now fine except that I am still getting the occasional disconnect from the wireless. It's not happening as often as before. When I check my wireless connection it usually says that i'm connected. I usually disconnect and reconnect which works sometimes. Occasionally when I disconnect it says it cannot locate any wireless networks and I have to reboot. Sometimes hitting the Repair button on the computer icon in my tray works. Any suggestions?
