Solved Random exe files in task manger

Okay first thing thanks for you help you help me a lot , sec thing my flash driver how should I clear it ? I mean its my only way to make a new installation of win ? third thing most of my wins backup in the same driver with sality so its safe to use it or what ?

To make sure your flash drive is clean format it.

It must be clean installation.

Malware experts say that a Complete Reformat and Reinstall is the only way to clean the infection. This includes All Drives that contain following files:
*.exe
*.scr
*.htm
*.html
*.xml
*.zip
*.rar
*.doc
*.jpg
*.pdf

Backup all your documents and important items only.
DO NOT backup any files mentioned above.

Back up any personal files EXCEPT for those mentioned above then use the above guide.
In it select Option 2: Remove everything
